The revised edition nof the Referential Description of the Czech Language for the Purposes of the Examination of the Czech Language  for Permanent Residence in the CR – Levels A1, A2 has been published and is accessible in electronic form at our portal Referential Description of the Czech Language.

In the course of December, a publication Referential Description of the Czech Language for the Purposes of the Examination of the Czech Language  for Permanent Residence in the CR – Levels A1, A2 will be issued, which is accessible in electronic form at our portal Referential Description of the Czech Language.

The new edition of the handbook "Prepare with us for the Examination of the Czech Language for Permanent Residence in the CR (New format of the test A1!)" can be downloaded here. Distribution of the printed handbook will take place during the month of November.

At the website for permanent residence, the new format of the test of the Czech language for permanent residence in the CR has been published. This form of the test will be valid from January 2016.

From September 2015, the examination in the Czech language for permanent residence in the CR is offered only in three selected dates a month

We announce that the dates for examinations have been adjusted for the months of July and August 2015. Examinations will not be every Wednesday but only on these dates:

1 July, 8 July, 11 July, 29 July

8 August, 12 August, 19 August, 26 August

The new form of the interactive model examination, which respects the current format of the examination and in which those interested in the examination of the Czech language for permanent residence in the CR can test their knowledge and subsequently obtain also an evaluation, is available at the website of Czech for Foreigners. The examination is online and can be found here.

12. 04. 2012

In May 2012, pilot run of an e-learning course, which introduces the examiners to the A1 and A2 levels according to the CEFR and to the evaluation skills in the examination, was launched. The purpose of the training is to ensure the standardised course of the examination of the Czech language throughout the CR. The course lasts for ca 10.5 weeks and is obligatory for all examiners from schools authorised to conduct the examination of the Czech language for permanent residence. You can register for the pilot run here. In the near future, further dates will be announced from September 2012.
We draw your attention to the fact that the e-learning course is intended ONLY for examiners from schools authorised to conduct the examination of the Czech language for permanent residence in the CR!
