  1. Where can I find information on the examination?

  2. Where can I take the examination?

    There is a school, which organizes the examination in every region of the Czech Republic. You can find the list of schools on this website: Places Where the Exam Can Be Taken.

  3. When can I take the examination?

    The school will notify you of the exact date of the exam. The date will fall either on a Wednesday or a Saturday. 

  4. How much does the examination cost?

    The first examination (with a voucher) is free of charge, you therefore do not have to pay for the examination. For further examinations, you pay yourself. Each examination costs CZK 1,500. 

  5. Where do I get the voucher for the examination?

    Vouchers are issued by the regional workplaces of the Department of Asylum and Migration Policy of the Ministry of the Interior of the CR (DAMP). 

  6. How am I to register for the examination?

    You register for the examination at the school and in person. You must report your details: first name and surname, passport (ID) number, sex, nationality, date of birth, place of birth, place of declared residence, telephone contact, voucher number. The school will provide more information to you.
